Job summary

QBE North America is hiring a Claims Adjuster - Crop to investigate and process crop claims, perform field inspections, and communicate with stakeholders across North Dakota. The role combines remote work with substantial field activity, supporting compliance with policies and regulations.

You will develop relationships with policyholders, document loss information, and participate in quality control tasks while contributing to QBE's commitment to excellence in insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Secondary school certification is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred.
• CAPP License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete field inspections, reviews and adjustments to administer crop insurance policies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance statutes and regulations to apply crop policies cost-effectively.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through timely and accurate policy service.
• Document and transmit loss information accurately to assess potential damages.
• Support business objectives through quality control tasks, audits, and risk assessments.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by modeling cultural expectations and influencing others positively.

Education
