Job summary

Visually, the leading A/B testing and personalization platform for Shopify, is hiring a CRO Strategist to guide full-funnel optimization for ecommerce brands. You will develop experimentation roadmaps, implement onsite experiences, and drive measurable revenue impact while collaborating with US-based teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in CRO or ecommerce optimization, hands-on experience with A/B testing and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO), and a proven ability to translate

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), experimentation, or ecommerce optimization.
• Experience in full-funnel CRO within ecommerce with strong understanding of the online shopping journey.
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and data-driven experimentation.
• Experience analyzing website performance, funnels, behavior, and key ecommerce metrics.
• Familiarity with Shopify or Shopify Plus and the broader DTC/ecommerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel CRO strategies across the ecommerce journey from landing pages to checkout.
• Identify conversion bottlenecks via quantitative and qualitative analysis and analytics.
• Build and execute A/B testing and personalization roadmaps to improve conversion metrics and AOV.
• Hands-on implementation and optimization of onsite experiences using Visually's platform.
• Analyze experiment results and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of ecommerce brands as CRO advisor and partner.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business goals into measurable optimization initiatives.
