Job summary

Fuelerate is hiring an experienced CRO Strategist to drive experimentation and growth for multiple Shopify brands. You will own CRO strategy, prioritize A/B roadmaps, and run tests across offers, pricing, bundles, PDPs, landing pages and more to push RPV and revenue.

You will analyze GA4 and user behavior data, turn insights into hypotheses, and collaborate with designers and developers to ship live experiments promptly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience
• strong track record of running A/B tests and producing measurable wins
• hands-on experience with Shopify and DTC/eCommerce brands
• GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, behavioral data
• commercial thinking to increase RPV and revenue
• strong communication and client-facing skills
• basic HTML/CSS
• experience with testing platforms (Intelligems / Convert / VWO / Optimizely)

Responsibilities

• Own CRO strategy across multiple Shopify brands and increase RPV through research, experimentation and iteration
• build and prioritize A/B testing roadmaps based on data and customer research
• design and run experiments across offers, pricing, bundles, PDPs, landing pages and more
• analyze results to understand why tests won or lost and shape the next hypothesis
• review CRO redesigns using internal framework
• analyze GA4, heatmaps, session recordings and qualitative data
• identify bottlenecks across the funnel and propose opportunities
• work with designers and developers to take hypotheses to live tests
• lead client communication and onboarding strategy calls
