Job summary

Abbott’s Cardiac Rhythm Management division seeks a CRM Product Support Specialist based in Pasadena, CA. The role delivers comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for CRM products and responds to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff.

Responsibilities include training development, maintaining product expertise, and building strong customer relationships while collaborating with engineers and vendors to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field or equivalent healthcare experience.
• 0–2+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Ability to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Strong knowledge of cardiology, electro‑physiology, or cardiac procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
• Demonstrate engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develops and leads CRM product trainings for healthcare professionals.
• Provides backup support to CRM Sales Representatives.
