Job summary

Abbott in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Field-based CRM Product Support Specialist to provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products.

You will respond to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff, develop training sessions, and help sustain strong relationships while applying engineering skills to solve complex clinical problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience or accredited cardiac training program.
• Ability to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Knowledge of cardiology and electro-physiology.
• Familiarity with cath lab and OR procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain credible customer relationships and share product knowledge.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develop and facilitate CRM product training sessions.
• Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
