Job summary

Abbott’s Cardiac Rhythm Management division seeks a Field-based CRM Product Support Specialist based in Pasadena, CA. You will respond to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff, delivering engineering, education, and clinical support for CRM products.

The role requires a biomedical engineering degree or healthcare experience, up to 2+ years in the field, and ability to obtain CRM certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• 0-2+ years of related experience or a program certification.
• Must be able to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develop and lead training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
