Job summary

Experian is seeking a CRM Program Manager to lead lifecycle engagement for email, push, and SMS in the Home mortgage space. This role focuses on planning to measurement, partnering with product, marketing, analytics, and stakeholders to deliver coordinated, personalized experiences.

The position is remote with reporting to the Manager, Lifecycle Engagement & Loyalty. You will drive strategy, launch campaigns, and scale successful approaches across the Home vertical.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a closely related area.
• Experience delivering communication programs at an enterprise scale.
• Experience measuring campaign performance and using results to guide decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and analytics.
• Experience managing multiple CRM or digital communication initiatives with overlapping deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle strategy and execution for email, push, and SMS campaigns across the Home vertical.
• Launch new CRM campaigns, improve existing programs, and identify opportunities to scale.
• Own campaign performance measurement including open rates and click-through rates.
• Partner with analytics teams to evaluate results, test hypotheses, and share findings.
• Coordinate CRM plans with product launches, performance goals, and initiatives.
• Use audience segmentation and A/B testing to improve messaging and engagement.
• Support multi-channel communication programs aligning business goals with customer needs.
