Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Salesforce.com experience as admin, developer, or manager.
• Experience migrating or modernizing data ecosystems from manual to automated.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for evolving CRM insights.
• Define long-term vision and reduce manual data entry via automated data flows.
• Architect integrations, data pipelines, and MCP connections with tech teams.
• Pilot and deploy AI-based tools and light coding to automate reporting.
• Oversee Salesforce.com platform during transition, data integrity, users, customization.
• Lead CRM strategy integration of Salesforce with other systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain AI-assisted reporting to measure CRM effectiveness.
• Train users and create documentation for Salesforce and successor tools.
