Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Director, International CRM Intelligence & Insights Strategy to transform data into decision-intelligence, guiding CRM across priority brands and markets. You’ll shape AI-enabled engagement, governance and measurement for global strategies with cross-functional partners.

You’ll lead predictive analytics, data quality, segmentation and self-serve insights, driving trust and adoption of advanced analytics in international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with a customer analytics platform (e.g., Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) and strong SQL experience.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including significant hands
• Understanding of CRM data, segmentation and machine-learning approaches for CRM audiences.
• Track record turning data into decisions and driving measurable results.
• Experience defining regional analytics and scaling international capabilities.
• Intermediate/advanced data analytics experience and governance understanding.
• Experience partnering on data privacy and consent across markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Decision-intelligence lead translating data into actionable CRM recommendations.
• Develop Predictive & diagnostic analytics for CRM effectiveness.
• Define CRM data quality, segmentation and audience attributes.
• Apply AI to accelerate insights generation and self-service tooling.
• Maintain CRM KPIs and reporting with governance for AI-generated content.
• Define dashboards and self-service insight for international CRM teams.
• Lead CRM research and opportunity sizing for global strategies.
• Ensure data privacy and governance across markets.
