Job summary

AmSpec Group LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM Implementation & Operations to own the Dynamics 365 CRM platform across four business verticals. You will lead an enterprise deployment, manage the implementation partner, and run daily administration, governance, and reporting for ~200 users worldwide.

The role sits in Global Commercial Excellence and requires strong execution, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to drive adoption of CRM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering or managing an enterprise CRM platform.
• Experience managing an implementation partner or systems integrator.
• Experience delivering end-user training for a distributed, multi-region user base.
• Knowledge of CRM data governance including account hierarchies and security roles.
• Experience building CRM dashboards and reports for sales leadership.
• Ability to translate business process requirements into system configuration.
• Proven ability to drive user adoption and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM roadmap and platform end-to-end across four business verticals.
• Lead Phase 1 implementation with vendor management and go-live activities.
• Develop and deliver training for ~200 users globally.
• Administer and maintain the platform, including security roles and dashboards.
• Establish data governance standards and ensure data quality.
• Own commercial reporting and KPI definitions across regions.
• Coordinate Phase 2 integrations with IT and finance.
