Job summary

FMC Corporation is seeking a CRM Functional Specialist & Administrator to manage day-to-day Microsoft Dynamics365 operations across the Americas. You will triage live issues, configure functionality, and collaborate with Sales Excellence and the CRM Product Owner to ensure CRM supports regional commercial needs.

You’ll translate business requirements into clear CRM specs, support testing and deployments, and help enhance data quality, reporting, and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics365.
• Hands-on CRM administration, configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience translating business needs into functional CRM requirements.
• Experience supporting testing, releases, and production environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Preferred experience with CRM integrations, ERP/SAP, data platforms, and marketing systems.
• Experience with PowerBI, reporting, or analytics tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Customer Insights or related capabilities.
• Experience supporting CRM across multiple countries or regions.

Responsibilities

• CRM Operations, Administration & Support across the Americas; triage and resolve live CRM issues.
• Provide CRM functional expertise for accounts, contacts, customer hierarchies, activities, cases and engagement processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements and user stories; support testing, UAT, deployment, and release readiness.
• Support CRM data quality, integration issues, reporting, dashboards and segmentation.
• Collaborate with Sales Excellence and business teams; provide demonstrations and training on CRM capabilities.
• Support governance, data privacy, security, and compliance; maintain system documentation.
