Job summary

Unbound Now seeks a CRM Administrator to oversee the management of Virtuous, Salesforce, and the LMS, ensuring clean data and efficient processes across platforms.

You will support staff with training, build reports and dashboards, and partner with the Systems and Technology team to optimize donor management and reporting capabilities. Strong nonprofit CRM experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRM platforms administration experience.
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with donor management systems (Virtuous, Bloomerang, Raiser's Edge or similar).
• Nonprofit experience preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Virtuous, Salesforce, and LMS platforms.
• Build reports, dashboards, and workflows for program staff and leadership.
• Manage imports/exports and data integrity across systems.
• Provide training and documentation to staff for effective platform usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes and improve donor management.
