Draeger is seeking a Sales Executive to drive respiratory care product sales in a defined Midwestern territory, focusing on ventilators (V800, VN800, Savina). You will work remotely with a defined geographic scope across MN, IA, ND, SD and engage clinicians, procurement and administrative leaders to deliver value-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential required.
• BS/BA in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Three years of sales experience in a related field; clinical sales in critical care a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the capital sales cycle for Draeger ventilators in defined territory.
• Identify high-potential opportunities using data and install-base intelligence.
• Engage stakeholders across RTs, directors, and C-suite to drive value-based sales.
• Translate clinical needs into business value and differentiate against competitors.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast pipelines monthly.
