TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor in Fort Scott, KS, to lead Crisis Support Workers and ensure coordinated care for families. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in the human services field and a preference for two years' experience in Child Welfare.

You'll supervise weekday shifts from 1pm to 10pm, coordinate with partner agencies, participate in trainings, and help families access community resources to build stronger, healthier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area.
• Coordinate after-hours and weekend on-call support for staff in Permanency Services.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and attend staff meetings.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services.
