Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead Crisis Support Workers and ensure timely, compassionate support for families in need. A Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university is required, with preferred two years’ experience in Child Welfare.

The role involves supervising staff from 1pm to 10pm, coordinating with agencies, and connecting families to community resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers in assigned areas Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on-call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and participate in staff meetings/trainings.
