Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Crisis Line Clinician to provide immediate, person-centered support via our Disaster Line. This remote Missouri-resident role covers Saturdays and Sundays 8:00am–4:00pm, totaling 16 hours per week.

You’ll assess needs, deliver trauma-informed crisis intervention, and link callers to services while documenting in line with agency standards. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and one year of behavioral health experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of DSM-V required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone
• Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards
• Participate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement
