Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Crisis Line Clinician to support individuals in crisis on weekends and overnights, with a part-time schedule totaling 16 hours weekly. The role is remote but requires Missouri residency, and you’ll report to Meghan Swanigan at Compass Health Network.

You will provide immediate, person-centered crisis intervention by phone, identify needs, and link callers to services that promote safety and hope while working in a fast-paced, collaborative rural-care

Qualifications

• Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtained.
• Working knowledge of DSM-V required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone.
• Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement.
