Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a part-time Crisis Line Clinician to support weekend day coverage. This role provides immediate, person-centered crisis intervention by phone, assesses caller needs, and connects individuals to services while documenting interactions. Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 8:00am–4:00pm.

Remote position, must be a Missouri resident per policy. Requires an associate degree or completion of 60 college credits; bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 college credits required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health or human services if the highest degree is an Associate degree.
• Working knowledge of DSM-V required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, person-centered crisis intervention via phone.
• Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to services or resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with agency standards.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement.

Be the calm voice that helps someone find hope in their hardest moment. Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 8:00am-4:00pm. 16 hours weekly. *Remote position, must be a Missouri resident.

As a Crisis Line Clinician with Compass Health Network, you’ll provide immediate, person-centered support to individuals reaching out through our Disaster Line. You’ll help identify needs, offer compassionate crisis intervention, and connect callers to services and resources that promote safety, stability, and hope.
