Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a part-time Crisis Line Clinician to provide immediate, person-centered crisis support to callers on weekends and overnights. This role operates remotely for Missouri residents, requiring compassionate communication and strong assessment skills.

You will assess safety, connect callers to services, and document encounters in accordance with agency standards. The position offers weekend overnight coverage (Saturday and Sunday nights) totaling 16 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 college credits required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology preferred.
• At least 1 year of behavioral health or human services experience.
• Working knowledge of DSM-V.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed crisis intervention via phone.
• Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to services.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain documentation per agency standards.
