Job summary

Software Placement Group, SPG is seeking a Creditor's Rights Attorney for a fully remote role covering Palm Beach County and Broward County, FL. The attorney will manage a high-volume foreclosure and collections caseload within a national platform, with hearings across Florida courts.

You will draft pleadings and briefs, apply current default servicing and consumer finance laws, and collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and client needs. Excellent advocacy and writing skills required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Admission to applicable Florida federal district and bankruptcy courts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume creditors' rights caseload focusing on mortgage foreclosure and collections.
• Handle contested litigation including discovery disputes, depositions, motions, and hearings.
• Appear in Florida state and federal courts and provide hearing coverage in Palm Beach and Broward counties.
