Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Foreclosure Attorney to practice in Florida, remotely. The attorney will handle real estate, title, mortgages, foreclosure, and creditor’s rights matters with strong advocacy and civil litigation experience.

The role requires Florida admission, ongoing CLE compliance, and the ability to attend hearings in Florida as needed. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in foreclosure or related real estate/mortgage law and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Florida and CLE compliance.
• Five years foreclosure experience preferred or strong interest in real estate/mortgage law.
• Knowledge of foreclosure, real estate, secured transactions, evictions and creditor’s rights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure cases from inception to completion, including trial.
• Handle pre-litigation matters and clear title to real property.
• Research and prepare legal analyses on claims, risk, exposure and strategies.
• Draft and argue pleadings and motions.
• Conduct all aspects of discovery.
• Develop case strategy with supervising partner and client; communicate with clients.
• Attend court hearings, mediation and conferences, in person or remotely as required.
