Software Placement Group, SPG, is seeking a Creditor's Rights Attorney for a fully remote role with a high-volume mortgage foreclosure and collections focus. The position supports a nationwide platform and requires travel within PA, NY, and TX for hearings.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• Licensed or able to obtain admission promptly in PA federal courts.
• Admission to TX courts expected and obtainable quickly if not held.
• 3+ years mortgage foreclosure and collections experience.
• Willing to travel within PA, NY and TX for hearings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume creditors' rights caseload focused on mortgage foreclosure and collections.
• Handle contested litigation including discovery disputes, depositions, motions, and hearings.
• Appear in Texas state and federal courts and provide hearing coverage in Texas.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and settlement communications with precision.
• Apply federal and state laws affecting default servicing and consumer finance matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain workflow, deadlines and client support.
