Cim is seeking a skilled professional for a fully remote role focusing on commercial collections and judgment enforcement. Responsibilities include filing and managing post-judgment actions, garnishments, and related deadlines, with strong emphasis on Florida processes.

The ideal candidate brings extensive Florida debt collections experience and proficiency with Pacer, Word, and Google Suite, and operates effectively with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Florida debt collections.
• Post-judgment enforcement experience, including Florida garnishment process, filing in Ecourts, and scheduling hearings in various counties in Florida.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Suite (Gmail, Google drive, Calendar).
• Fully remote position; the candidate must be technologically proficient, comfortable working independently, and able to quickly learn and navigate new software, platforms, and case-management systems without significant supervision.
• Familiarity with Pacer system.

Responsibilities

• Filing and managing post-judgment enforcements including bank garnishments, wage garnishments, levies, executions, writs of bodily attachment, etc.
• Calendaring hearings and deadlines
• Review bankruptcy dockets on Pacer and file proof of claims.
