Job summary

The Credit Analyst will collaborate with Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to onboard customers, monitor exposure, and enforce credit policies. Strong analytical skills and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or Accounting.
• Experience with ERP/TMS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze new customer credit applications, including trade references, financial statements, and credit reports.
• Recommend credit limits and payment terms based on policy and risk assessment.
• Monitor existing accounts for changes in payment behavior and risk exposure.
• Maintain customer credit files and supporting documentation.
• Escalate high-risk accounts or significant exposure changes to management.
• Prepare AR aging reports and customer exposure summaries.
• Assist leadership with customer-specific account analysis and reporting.
• Support audit requests related to AR and credit functions.
