DxTx Pain & Spine is hiring a Credentialing Specialist for a fully remote, Full-Time role. You will manage provider and facility credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment for multiple states, coordinating across sites with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare admin experience preferred.
• Hands-on credentialing of clinicians and medical sites.
• Experience submitting Medicare applications.
• Credentialing for 10+ clinicians across multiple states.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate credentialing and enrollment for providers, sites, facilities.
• Prepare and submit Medicare and payer enrollment applications.
• Track licenses, credentials, privileges, contracts, and expirations.
• Maintain credentialing records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and payer requirements.
• Communicate with providers, payers, and agencies regarding credentialing needs.
• Follow procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
