You will maintain provider records and ensure timely, compliant submissions. Responsibilities include managing the credentialing inbox, monitoring expiration dates, resolving issues, and supporting data integrity across CAQH and payer portals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years credentialing experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license for travel to satellite offices and off-site meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of credentialing software, provider databases, and credentialing workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process initial credentialing, re-credentialing, enrollment, reenrollment, provider updates, and reappointments with payers, hospitals, and licensing entities.
• Prepare, review, and submit credentialing applications accurately and compliantly.
• Maintain accurate provider records within credentialing systems and CAQH.
• Monitor licensure, certifications, insurance, and credential expiration dates to ensure continuous compliance.
• Serve as the primary credentialing contact for providers, payers, and internal departments.
• Generate credentialing status reports, aging reports, and productivity metrics.
