• Experience with enrollment/credentialing processes.
• Knowledge of NCQA criteria and payer regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing and re-credentialing of providers.
• Process credentialing applications with payors and hospitals.
• Maintain CAQH profiles and provider files.
• Notify staff of credentialing completion for scheduling and billing.
• Ensure timely completion and audit readiness.
