Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our team. This full-time remote role focuses on onboarding new physicians and managing credentialing and privileging to ensure timely start dates.

You will serve as the primary contact for providers, coordinate workflows in Credential software, and collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, and Medical Staff Services to keep files audit-ready and compliant with accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of physician credentialing, licensing, privileging, or provider enrollment experience.
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with federal/state regulatory and accrediting agencies.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with physicians and healthcare administrators.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and credentialing systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end provider onboarding for newly hired physicians.
• Serve as primary contact for new providers during onboarding.
• Initiate and track onboarding workflows in Credential database.
• Monitor milestones and ensure timely credentialing and privileging.
• Coordinate privileging applications and initial appointments.
• Maintain credentialing records and audit-ready documentation.
