Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking a Credentialing & Pathways Lead, Field Sales to accelerate growth in Life-Ready Leadership credentials for high school and workforce readiness markets. The role focuses on state approvals, credibility building with districts, and collaboration with Client Partners to drive opportunities.

The position reports to the AVP, Education Field Sales and operates remotely in the contiguous US. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in education leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in education, education services, workforce development, CTE, or school/district/state-agency leadership preferred.
• Direct experience with K–12 or high school education policy and credentialing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Secure state credential approvals and align with CTE frameworks.
• Expand approvals across states with a prioritized pipeline and timelines.
• Partner with Client Partners to build credibility and advance opportunities.
• Navigate state policy environments and translate credentialing requirements into actionable pathways.
• Maintain required records in designated systems.
