Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate with CPC/COC/CCS/CCS-P certification.
• Minimum 6–7 years with hands-on medical coding & credentialing.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of credentialing specialists.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT).

Responsibilities

• Relay credentialing reports and compliance status updates.
• Develop credentialing strategies based on data, regulatory requirements, and operational observations.
• Oversee credentialing quality and compliance; coach staff.
• Communicate with providers, payers, and internal stakeholders; resolve verification issues.
• Monitor credentialing workflows and timelines; drive turnaround time improvements.
