Job summary

XRHealth USA Inc. is seeking a hands-on credentialing and government contracting specialist to own enrollment, credentialing, and registrations for clinicians and entities. This role is remote, part-time (up to 29 hours/week) with an hourly W-2 arrangement and flexible hours within U.S.

business time zones. You will manage Medicare/PECOS/I&A enrollments, state Medicaid states, CAQH/NPPES records, SAM.gov registrations, and RFP support, ensuring zero lapses and timely renewals while delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on provider enrollment and credentialing experience.
• Direct, independent experience with CMS I&A and PECOS.
• Multi-state Medicaid and commercial payer enrollment experience.
• Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, and payer credentialing portals.
• Strong written communication and meticulous documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Manage Medicare CMS/PECOS/I&A enrollment applications and tracking.
• Oversee Medicaid enrollments across multiple states and CAQH/NPPES records.
• Maintain SAM.gov registration, UEI, CAGE code, and annual renewals.
• Prepare and update weekly credentialing status reports for leadership.
• Develop and maintain credentialing SOPs and trackers.
