Job summary

Bicycle Health, a telemedicine provider focused on opioid use disorder, seeks a Credentialing Associate to ensure healthcare providers are enrolled with insurance payors for proper reimbursement.

This full-time remote role (40 hours/week) requires 1–3 years of credentialing experience, knowledge of PECOS, Medicaid/Medicare, and strong organizational skills to manage enrollments and revalidations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of credentialing and payor enrollment experience.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare, private payors, and PECOS.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with enrollment revalidation and CAQH is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Submit documents to payors and keep enrollments current.
• Serve as point of contact for enrollment issues with payors.
• Monitor CAQH reattestation and provider revalidations.
• Maintain enrollment records and status reports.
• Attend to all duties as assigned.
