Brightside Health Inc. is seeking a Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist II to join our fully remote credentialing team. You will manage onboarding readiness, credentialing and enrollment applications, and provider records across a national network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of credentialing and/or enrollment operations.
• Experience with NCQA standards, CAQH, and payer enrollment.
• Experience with both commercial and government payer enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Execute provider onboarding readiness tasks and intake packet completeness checks
• Prepare and submit initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications
• Submit and monitor primary source verifications through CVO
• Maintain payer contact lists and portal access
• Follow up on enrollment applications through completion
• Track enrollment statuses and update Salesforce
• CAQH and PECOS profile maintenance
