Job summary

Bridgeview Eye Partners is seeking a Credentialing Manager to oversee payer enrollment, recredentialing, and ongoing maintenance of provider participation in insurance networks. This remote role ensures regulatory compliance and streamlines credentialing to onboard providers and locations quickly.

Lead a team of Enrollment Specialists, develop workflows and KPIs, and liaise with insurance plans to resolve delays, with wage determined by knowledge, skills, and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years credentialing experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in optometry/ophthalmology or outpatient healthcare preferred.
• Experience in delegated credentialing and/or managed care contracting preferred.
• CPCS or CPMSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end credentialing life cycle (initial credentialing, recredentialing, expiration tracking).
• Lead, supervise, and support team of Provider Enrollment Specialists; establish credentialing workflows, SOPs, and KPIs.
