Qualifications

• 3+ years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience within a behavioral health environment.
• Familiarity with CAQH attestation processes and delegated credentialing requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-market or multi-state credentialing and enrollment operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for providers, staff, and facilities.
• Serve as subject matter expert for credentialing requirements across licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant credentialing files to support billing, payer enrollment, and delegation of authority obligations.
• Coordinate PSV, malpractice & insurance coordination, and CAQH attestation management.
• Handle multi-state licensing research and state-specific registration processes.
