Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator for a fully remote role supporting behavioral health providers across multiple states. You will oversee end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment, ensuring compliance and timely processing.

The role requires a solid background in credentialing within behavioral health, familiarity with CAQH, and ability to work across multi-state markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field.
• 3+ years credentialing or payer enrollment experience in behavioral health.
• Familiarity with CAQH attestation processes and delegated credentialing requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-market or multi-state credentialing and enrollment operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for behavioral health providers, staff, and facilities.
• Serve as SME for credentialing requirements across licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant credentialing files to support billing and authority delegation.
• Coordinate with providers for on-boarding and data entry; ensure PSV and malpractice/insurance coordination.
