Intuit is seeking a highly qualified tax professional to assist TurboTax customers remotely with tax advice, full-service return preparation, and product inquiries. The role requires an active unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) and strong communication skills.

You will interact via video/audio tools, reference government resources, and ensure clear explanations of tax terms. Training and flexible scheduling are provided to help you meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess active unrestricted credential: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will be using our state of the art video communications software (Smartlook) to interact with customers.
• Help TurboTax customers with tax advice, full service return preparation and signature, product inquiries, tax calculations.
• Create high quality customer interactions and experiences with deep empathy and extensive knowledge in tax preparation.
• Utilize government websites and resources to deliver the right answer in everyday language.
• Document customer interactions and work toward meeting company KPI metrics and Big Bet Goals.
• Participate in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations.
• Complete required training and development as determined by the business.
