Job summary

Maximus is a doctor-led men's health company delivering subscription treatments across testosterone, GLP-1 weight loss, oxytocin, and peptides. Our creator program is active, and we are hiring a part-time Creator & UGC Manager to grow it and run it weekly.

The role focuses on finding new talent, structuring contracts, and managing the roster to produce ad-ready videos on schedule for our paid media team. You report to the Creative Director and collaborate with paid media partners and compliance

Qualifications

• 8+ years running creator/UGC programs for a DTC brand, agency, or creator marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Find new talent across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and creator marketplaces; outbound outreach and referrals.
• Structure contracts: per-video rates, deliverables, revisions, usage rights, and permissions.
• Manage roster: scheduling, deadlines, revisions, and approvals; ensure timely video delivery and handoffs to paid media.
• Provide weekly status updates: new creators, videos in flight, videos shipped, blockers, and learnings for future rounds.
