Job summary

Jobstream is seeking a Creator Solutions and Community Lead to own the heartbeat of our network: people, behavior, and scalable systems. This role blends product thinking with community building to activate and retain Career Creators, translating feedback into platform improvements and onboarding flows.

You will travel quarterly and work with East Coast hours, reporting to the Head of Operations. You will implement automation, run WorkStream sessions, and partner with product to foster rapid

Qualifications

3-5 years in creator community, creator success, influencer marketing, or related role.
Experience with commission-based or affiliate monetization platforms (ShopMy, LTK, or similar).
Warm, credible community presence and startup-style initiative.

Responsibilities

Own the Career Creator Network experience end to end from onboarding to long-term engagement.
Design rituals, programs, and touchpoints to activate creators.
Host WorkStream sessions and represent the community in-person at events.
Design platform experiences, nudges, and incentives to drive behavior and growth.
Collaborate with product to translate behavioral insights into platform features.
