SBDigital in the United States is seeking a full-time Creator Program Associate to support our Vox Pop Creator Partnerships. The role blends project coordination with creative production, helping major Democratic campaigns and progressive orgs.

You will manage end-to-end creator programs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely deliverables while staying within budgets. The ideal candidate is fluent with social platforms, trend-aware, and eager to contribute to persuasive digital

Qualifications

• Experience managing creator or influencer programs in political campaigns.
• Ability to work with diverse political clients and audiences.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creator programs: sourcing, briefings, content review, approvals, posting, and reporting.
• Coordinate across internal teams to keep programs on track and on budget.
• Maintain trackers and schedules for all creator initiatives.
• Assist with contracting and invoicing processes for creators.
• Develop streamlined processes and improve templates to scale programs.
