Job summary

Advantage HQ, a creator-led growth platform, is seeking a strong people leader to head the Creative Talent Management team. You’ll build a high‑performing group that sources, vets, onboards, and coordinates talent to support performance campaigns, UGC production, design, and other initiatives.

You will own team performance, develop recruitment and talent processes, coach members, and scale systems as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative talent management.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience.
• Experience establishing and managing KPIs, monitoring results, and applying improvements.
• Strong understanding of creative talent sourcing, screening, onboarding, and freelance coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Creative Talent Management team to achieve goals.
• Own KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and delivery targets.
• Oversee sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and coordination of talent.
• Build and improve workflows, SOPs, and processes for efficiency.
• Forecast demand and plan capacity with stakeholders.
• Report performance, availability, and risks to leadership.
