You will manage talent identification, contracting, briefs, and payments, while ensuring compliance with legal and brand guidelines. A data-driven, executive-facing communicator thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a unified paid influencer and creator strategy across client portfolio, focusing on Home and Health categories.
• Manage the paid creator process: identify talent, vet, negotiate, contract, brief, review, pay.
• Collaborate with PMMs to integrate creator programs into product launches and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with brand and disclosure guidelines; report on KPIs for campaigns.
