Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a Creative Resource Manager to oversee talent operations, staffing, onboarding, and rosters for a new in-house Content Studio. This remote role reports to the Studio Operations Lead and Executive Producer, supporting shoots and projects across the US.

The candidate will manage talent onboarding, capacity planning, and production assistant tasks, ensuring the right talent aligns with briefs while maintaining budgets and trackers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative resourcing, talent operations, or production coordination at an agency or studio.
• Knowledge of freelance and vendor staffing processes, including W2/1099 models.
• High fluency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar); strong Sheets/Airtable proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent operations, including freelance and TVC staffing, onboarding, offboarding, and access.
• Maintain talent roster, skill mapping, and capacity view tracker to match briefs.
• Plan capacity with Studio Operations Lead and Executive Producer across active briefs.
• Coordinate with staffing vendors and client team on bookings, contracts, and POs.
• Track timesheets, bookings, POs, and invoices to keep budgets accurate.
• Provide production assistant support: scheduling, call sheets, location scouting, logistics, asset organization.
• Maintain trackers and studio tools for leadership weekly resourcing view.
• Develop onboarding kit and checklist for new team members.
