Brightspeed is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead the development, messaging, and execution of high-performing creative across paid media and direct response channels. You will translate marketing objectives and audience insights into compelling campaigns that drive acquisition while maintaining brand consistency.

You will partner with Marketing Strategy, Media, CRM, Analytics, and internal/external creative teams to test and optimize creative across multiple channels, ensuring on-time

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 5–8 years in marketing, creative campaign development, or performance marketing.
• Experience developing and executing creative for paid media and direct response channels.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams, designers, copywriters, media teams, CRM teams, and agencies.

• Lead end-to-end development and execution of creative assets for paid media and direct response campaigns.
• Translate objectives and insights into clear, compelling creative.
• Develop full-funnel creative briefs guiding campaigns and channels.
