Job summary

IVERSON is seeking a Creative Recruiter to build and own our recruiting function from the ground up, identifying and closing exceptional creative talent. You will lead sourcing, outreach, portfolio reviews, and end-to-end candidate management, collaborating with leaders to maintain Iverson's high talent bar and scalable hiring processes.

You will build proactive pipelines across agencies and communities, ensuring fast, thoughtful communication and a strong candidate experience while advancing

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years recruiting creative talent across design, brand, product, marketing, video, development, or agency environments.
• Creative judgment: confidently evaluate portfolios and overall talent beyond resumes.
• Talent magnet: proactively build relationships with exceptional people before openings.
• Systems builder: create organized, repeatable, data-driven recruiting operations.
• Candidate experience: move quickly, communicate clearly, and respect candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Iverson's recruiting function from the ground up.
• Lead sourcing, outreach, screening, portfolio reviews, interview scheduling, and offers.
• Build pipelines across agencies, studios, and creative communities to scale searches.
