Job summary

Iverson is seeking a Senior Product Designer who crafts intuitive digital experiences across web, iOS, and Android. You will lead end-to-end design, build reusable systems, and partner with engineering to deliver pixel-perfect outcomes.

You should have a strong portfolio, a creative vision, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. This role values initiative, ownership, and collaboration with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for client projects including discovery, user research, IA, interaction design, UI and design systems.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear, scalable design solutions for web, iOS, and Android.
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma to validate concepts with users and stakeholders; bonus for Framer, Webflow, Lottie/GSAP.
• Partner with engineering to ensure feasible, performant implementation and iterate post-launch based on data.
• Present design rationale to clients backed by research, metrics, and storytelling.
• Create and maintain reusable component libraries and design tokens that scale across products and brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for client projects: discovery workshops, user research, information architecture, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, and design systems.


• Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, scalable design solutions for web, iOS, and Android platforms.


• Build interactive prototypes (Figma) to validate concepts with users and stakeholders; bonus for Framer, Webflow, or micro-interactions via Lottie/GSAP.


• Partner with engineering to ensure feasible, performant implementation and iterate post-launch based on data and feedback.


• Present design rationale to clients with confidence, backed by research, metrics, and storytelling.


• Create and maintain reusable component libraries and design tokens that scale across products and brands.

• Workflow Understanding: Deep knowledge of product development lifecycles and how design integrates with PMs, engineers, and QA.
