Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Developer Experience Event Manager based in the United States to plan and execute developer-focused events worldwide. You will collaborate with Developer Relations, Product Marketing, and creative teams to deliver in-person and virtual experiences for conferences, meetups, hackathons, and activations.

The role requires 3+ years in event management, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel internationally to deliver high-impact events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management or experiential marketing.
• Strong interest in developer relations or technical communities.
• Experience managing global events, with budgeting and regional knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, logistics, and on-site execution of developer-focused events.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations to align regional priorities with event plans.
• Manage event sponsorships and partnerships to maximize visibility and value.
• Negotiate venues and vendors and manage associated deliverables.
• Develop and track multi-regional budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Create integrated campaigns with marketing teams (landing pages, emails, social).
• Coordinate speaking engagements, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
• Oversee product demonstrations and ensure training and materials are event-ready.
• Prepare pre-event briefings, run-of-show, and post-event reports for continuous improvement.
• Track leads and ROI in CRM systems.
• Travel internationally as required to oversee events.
