Job summary

Rocket Money is seeking a remote, full-time Project Manager to join our Creative team. You will own day-to-day production of digital ad creatives, drive workflow improvements, and act as the connective tissue between creative, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders.

This mid-to-senior role reports to the Team Leader, Project Management. You will lead creative kickoffs, manage assets across formats, test new tools and AI solutions, and build playbooks to scale ad production while maintaining

Qualifications

• Lead creative kickoffs for all major projects
• Manage day-to-day digital ad production within our pod structure
• Continuously evaluate and improve creative workflows
• Champion AI solutions to enhance project delivery
• Research, test, and roll out new tools
• Create and maintain asset operations including Notion and Airtable tickets
• Scale ad production pipelines while managing change
• Own quality control and asset integrity
• Partner with legal to submit assets for review
• Track and report on KPIs and stakeholder satisfaction
• Build playbooks and standards
• 3-5 years of PM experience in marketing/creative
• Natural cross-functional collaborator
• Embraces innovation and AI to optimize delivery
• Highly organized with QA and asset management
• Experience with cross-functional creative structures
• Familiarity with compliance workflows in regulated industries
• Experience supporting product launches or campaign management

Responsibilities

• Lead creative kickoffs for major projects and set strong direction from day one
• Manage day-to-day digital ad production within our pod structure with asset variations
• Continuously improve creative workflows by identifying inefficiencies and refining briefs and tools
• Champion AI solutions to enhance project delivery and team performance
• Research, test, and roll out new project-management tools and automation
• Create and maintain asset operations, including Notion and Airtable tickets and version tracking
• Scale ad production pipelines while accommodating fast-paced environments
• Own quality control and asset integrity, including naming conventions and queue assignments
• Partner with legal to submit assets for review and track approvals
• Track and report key performance indicators and stakeholder satisfaction
• Build playbooks and standards documenting learnings and elevating the creative operation
