Job summary

Rocket Money is seeking a Project Manager for its Creative team. You’ll own day-to-day production of digital ad creative and drive process improvements across the team. You will partner with Marketing, CRM, and legal to keep campaigns on track from concept to delivery.

The role is remote, full-time, mid to senior level, reporting to the Team Leader, Project Management, and offers a comprehensive benefits package with a strong focus on process and tool optimization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative environment.
• A natural cross-functional collaborator who consolidates feedback and aligns stakeholders.
• Embraces innovation and continuous learning; interested in AI to optimize delivery.
• Highly organized with strong quality assurance, naming conventions, and asset management.
• Proficient with PM tools such as Airtable, Notion, Wrike, Monday, Jira or Asana.
• Calm under deadline pressure with strong risk management and communication skills.
• Think strategically beyond task execution and elevate team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative kickoffs, own the brief, align expectations, and set strong creative direction from day one.
• Manage day-to-day digital ad production within the pod structure across new assets, iterations, and multi-format variations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve creative workflows, briefs, templates, and tool configurations to boost velocity and quality.
• Champion AI solutions to enhance project delivery and translate learnings into improvements.
• Research, test, and roll out new tools from PM platforms to automation solutions.
• Create and maintain asset operations, including Notion and Airtable tickets, version tracking, and Dropbox architecture.
• Scale ad production pipelines while managing change in fast-paced environments.
• Own quality control and asset integrity, ensuring proper uploads and naming conventions.
• Deliver high-performance marketing ads under tight deadlines.
• Partner with legal to submit assets for review and track approval status.
• Track and report KPIs—delivery, revision time, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Build playbooks and standards documenting learnings for the entire creative operation.
