Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience in agency, creative, marketing, or cross-functional business environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, business units, or workstreams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with budgeting, estimating, or resource tracking.
• Understanding of agency processes, approvals, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of projects across multiple brands and teams.
• Assist in moving projects from intake through execution and final delivery.
• Build and maintain timelines, trackers, and status updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep work aligned and on schedule.
• Track milestones, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables across concurrent projects.
• Flag risks and delays early and escalate as needed.
• Maintain project details in management tools and documentation.
• Assist with meeting coordination, status notes, and next steps.
• Support scope, budget, and resource tracking where applicable.
• Ensure deliverables are complete and aligned with briefs.
